I started the Dukan diet on January 14th 2012 as of October 2012 I have lost a total of 77 lb. I used to feel like I was going to go to sleep every night and not wake up in the morning. I am so happy I discovered the Dukan diet it has saved my life. It’s so easy to follow and you see results quickly, and most important, continuously throughout each phase. My husband and 5 children are so proud of my success as am I.
I own the diet book and the cook book. I especially like the way the books explain not only the way the diet works, but the way your body will react to the diet scientifically. I never understood how much damage all the dieting I have done over the years could do to my body. Thank you so much Dr. Dukan for educating me and giving me, me back.
