I started the Dukan diet on Aug 1st, 2011. Today is Nov 7th. I have lost 60lbs.
My favorite support Dukan food: Beef vegetable soup.
My Dukan treat: Green salads.
My favorite form of exercise: Push ups, sit ups and elliptical machine.
