My husband started the Dukan Diet after I got the book. He has wanted me to go wheat free for a good while. He mastered the pancake and we stocked up on yogurt, egg whites, chicken and he grills often. The Dukan Diet has been great and there is no trouble sticking to it and feeling great. We are looking forward to having his blood pressure medicine checked and adjusted for his new body. He is much happier, is not snoring (I kid you NOT), has more energy and has not felt like he was ON a diet.
My favorite support Dukan food: Late night pancake with vanilla, splenda etc.

What keeps me going: Desire to be healthy.
The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: Add a little wheat if you get constipated. Lots of water in the begiinning.
