I needed to lose weight to help get my cholesterol down and wanted a way to lose the weight and keep it off permanently. I accidentally saw a magazine article about Dr. Dukan’s diet and searched the internet to get started until I could get a copy of his book. I found this diet really easy to stick to, even on vacation in Hawaii.

The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: Stay focused on your goal. Always remember that you can eat whenever you feel hungry as long as it’s low fat/high protein!
