I was overweight in teens and 20’s and ALWAYS struggled with eating disorders, so I changed careers and became a personal trainer and nutritionist. Even with years of following blood sugar-conscious diets, I still, and my clients, too, struggled with quantity we wanted, being satisfied, and maintaing. EVEN ME a progressional. I tried the Dukan Diet myself first, and much to my amazement, all that muscle I have as a professional trainer really shows now and al the fat (especially in my arms, the stubborn area) came off, and I can eat all I want. All my clients partners are amazed, including my husband,at how much food we can eat, and lose and/or maintain our weight. I’ve converted and coach many people now on this Dukan lifestyle.
My favorite support Dukan food: Dukan products of course, all pre made Oat Bran things!
My Dukan treat: It varies, but I’d say the biscuits.
My favorite form of exercise: Walking VERY briskly
The nicest compliment I’ve been paid: I want to look like you, and thank you for Dukan advice/help.
What keeps me going: How I feel in my clothes and how my clients feel and look.
The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: THe short answer: Vary your menu, and weigh only once a week. (i could go on and on, on this one)
