I started this diet on Memorial Day 2012, on day 191 I hit my personal weight loss goal of 50 lbs. I just knew that I needed to become healthier and stronger. I used to eat carbs all day long but being on this diet has taught me to eat healthier and a variety of food. I was never hungry on this diet and it was easy to follow. I knew after the first week that I « can do » the DUKAN diet.

My favorite form of exercise: Jogging/walking 3 miles a day
The nicest compliment I’ve been paid: « Congratulations, you lost one of students! » I am a kindergarten reading teacher and they weigh about 50 lbs.
What keeps me going: the encouragement of my family and friends..but more importantly how wonderful I feel.
The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: If I DUKAN…you can, too.
