I started the Dukan Diet on May 13, 2012. A friend of mine mentioned it to me and I checked out the web site, and started right away. I found the diet very easy to follow, and the exercises at the beginning were easy enough to do. Writing this on August 21, 2012, just four months later, I am down nearly 25kgs (57 lbs) on my way to reaching my goal of 27.8kgs (61lbs) to get to my True Weight. I have exercised all but one day since May 13, followed the diet very closely, and I have seen the results! I am nearing the end of the cruise phase and about to enter consolidation. I am excited to begin the next phase and move closer to permanent stabilization!
