I am happy to tell you that I have reached my goal weight back in Sept. and completed the Dukan Diet instructions and have stayed 130-132 lbs. since. I have also spread the news to my family and friends and at least (4) of them have followed suit. This is the first time ever I have been able to lose the weight and keep it off.

Now for the best part…on November 3rd I left for a 10 day trip to Italy and ate and drank my way through Rome, Florence, Pisa, Tuscany, etc…before leaving I weighed 132 and upon my return I immediately went back on the protein for (5) days and weighed myself on Friday November 18th and weighed 133 lbs.

Woo hoo!!!
