Having always been thin, I never really had to watch what I ate. But that was before age and pregancies came into play. After my second pregnancy, I still had an extra 15+ pounds that I referred to as my Jared weight (my first born). I would see people who I have known since childhood looking thinner than they ever had in their lives and it would bother me. Until I realized, they were aware of their weight issues and were careful all the time, where I was still eating as though I were a teenager.
My friend told me about the Dukan Diet and I realized that my weight was within my control. While the Attack phase was difficult, once I discovered the Oatbran Galette, which I have come close to perfecting, the cruise phase was a breeze. The diet is so easy, and healthy, and all the weight I had wanted to lose was off in 2 months. Thank you Dr. Dukan, for letting me be one of the thin girls again!
