In my first 30 Days as a Dukanista, I’m down 20lbs and 20 inches!! Like so many others, my weight struggle began after I had children. After being blessed with four healthy children in eight years time, my weight was out of control and I was tired of counting points. At 5ft 8 I tipped the scales at 208lbs when I finally filled out my True Weight questionnaire, I never looked back. I immediately joined the online coaching and began on this path to health and happiness. I lost a ton of weight in the Attack phase, and then it began creeping off as I began Cruise…then I began to lose and gain the same two pounds over and over again. That’s when a crazy thing happened, I didn’t give up!
I truly believed that I was following the program that I trusted and continued to chug along until I woke up and was down another 2.2 lbs. The plateau was broken and I regained my steam. I’m in this for the long haul. In these first 30 days, I have lost a total of 20 inches, and 20 lbs. I have already gone down from a size 14 to a size 10, and my 8’s are well within reach. I still have a way to go on this journey, but my destination is clear. I WILL reach my True Weight. I lost 20 lbs and have gained energy, happiness and stamina in the process. I am so grateful for Dr. Dukan and his team, they’ve already given this mom of 4 a renewed sense of living!

The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: Trust in the program. Don’t get discouraged when the scale isn’t moving, check your measurements, give it time. Your body will struggle to hold on to weight at times, prove yourself stronger!
