I lost 11 pounds on the Dukan diet. It may not seem like a lot but I struggled to lose any weight other ways. I lost it around the waist and hips going from a size 10 pant to a size 6. It was relatively easy too.
The best thing is I lost the weight in June and have maintained that weight loss ever since with very little difficulty. I plan on sticking to the simple rules and keeping the weight off forever. I just turned 49 and I feel great.
