I started the Diet in May of 2011 after seeing it mentioned on the Dr. Oz show. My parents both started the diet with me as well. The diet is very simple if you stick to it and have support like I did. I first started by walking 30 minutes a day than loved how I felt and that turned into 3 miles a day.I started this diet to look good for my sister’s wedding and for my wedding on June 8th 2012 and of course to become healthy and stay healthy. My parents have both lost weight on this diet as well have my relatives and fellow co-workers.I have went from a size 48 jeans to now a size 36. I also went from a 3x shirts to XL. I am beyond happy and now joined a gym last month to continue my stride for a healthy lifestyle. I am forever grateful to Dr. Dukan for inspiring me.

The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: If you can make it past 1 month there is no looking back. If I can do it anyone can do it.
