I first learned about Dukan Diet when it was publicized about the Middleton’s using it prior to the Royal Wedding. I bought the book in hard cover and on Kindle and read it twice before I started. I hit my true weight on my 10th wedding anniversary – what a wonderful celebration!

The advice I’d give to other « Dukanians »: I did NOT cheat once during Attack and Cruise phases and hit my true weight right on target when Dr. Dukan’s calculations predicted. This diet prepares you for LONG term loss and to not ever yo-yo diet again. Follow this plan and don’t try to justify cheating for ANY reason – temporary inconvenience for permanent improvement!
