My wife and I started the Dukan Diet on July 5th, 2011. We worked together which helped a lot. We have done each phase together. I lost a total of 40 pounds and am at the lowest I have ever weighed at 185. I feel great and it was very easy and quick. It was much easier than I ever thought it would be. I know that if I eat too much, I just need to go « protein only » for a few days to get rid of it.
I have gotten such amazing feedback from friends and family. My wife and I have spread the Dukan word to so many of our friends that were inspired by us. They call it the « Kossoff » diet. : ) I no longer snore and have so much more energy. My huge belly is gone. I thank you for this amazing diet!
